Magic Soup Games, a new game studio founded by video game industry veterans Jen Oneal, J. Allen Brack, and John Donham, has been announced. The fully remote start-up, which is well-funded, will focus on creating original AAA games that are inclusive and uplifting for players around the world. The co-founders bring decades of experience to the table, having worked on and led companies behind popular games and franchises such as World of Warcraft, Star Wars, Tony Hawk, EverQuest, Diablo, and Skylanders. Jen Oneal will serve as the CEO of Magic Soup, while J. Allen Brack and John Donham will focus on game development and operations, respectively. The team aims to foster creativity and collaboration and bring diverse backgrounds to the company culture.
