Introducing the CORSAIR Platform:6 – Redefining Your Workspace Experience

August 24, 2023 By admin Leave a Comment

The CORSAIR Platform:6 is a revolutionary modular desk designed to cater to the needs of gamers, content creators, and working professionals. With a strong emphasis on customization, quality, and expandability, this desk aims to provide the ultimate work and gaming space for a diverse range of users.

Key Features and Benefits:

  1. Versatile Design: The Platform:6 is suitable for various lifestyles, accommodating gamers, content creators, and remote workers alike. Its six-foot wide surface area offers ample space for high-end PCs, streaming setups, and accessories.
  2. Customizable Configurations: The desk comes with multiple configuration options, allowing users to choose features such as motorized adjustable height, surface material (dark walnut-stained rubberwood or black laminate), and an expandable rail system.
  3. Modular Rail System: Built into every Platform:6, the modular rail system employs a universal standard aluminum T-channel crossbar, side rails, and top-mounted rail. This system is compatible with numerous aftermarket attachments and accessories, providing endless expansion possibilities.
  4. Personalization: The desk encourages personalization, allowing users to mount their own 3D printed accessories. This enhances creativity and tailors the desk to individual preferences.
  5. Adjustable Height Option: For those seeking an adjustable work surface, the Platform:6 offers a variant with dual electric motors. Users can effortlessly adjust the desk height using an LCD readout controller with memory presets.
  6. Premium Materials: Users can choose between environmentally friendly rubberwood with a dark walnut stain or sturdy black laminate for the desk’s surface.
  7. Wire Management: The desk features an oversized wire management tray called the CORSAIR RapidRoute tray, concealing cables and accommodating power strips. An in-desk storage cubby with USB Type-A and Type-C charging ports further enhances wire management and provides convenient device charging.
  8. Integrated Accessories: Included dual monitor arms support a dual-monitor setup out of the box. The Elgato Multi Frame top-mounted pegboard, exclusive to the Platform:6, offers additional mounting options for accessories such as cameras, microphones, and Elgato products.
  9. Expandability: The concept of expandability is central to the Platform:6’s design. Side extensions can be added for extra workspace, and the Elgato Multi Frame expansion, included with the Creator Edition, provides even more mounting possibilities.
  10. Flagship Creator Edition: The flagship Platform:6 Creator Edition boasts adjustable height, a rubberwood surface, and the Elgato Multi Frame expansion.

Availability: The Platform:6 is set to launch officially later this year, and customers will be able to design and purchase custom configurations using CORSAIR’s online configurator. The desk aims to elevate workspace standards by combining cutting-edge features, customization options, and expandability, catering to the needs of modern professionals and gamers alike.
